Tano Airlines follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. Your information is securely stored. We keep your pilot profile on file for the duration of your time with us. If you go inactive, and your account is marked for deletion, we keep your profile data for 1 year. We will then dispose of your information by fully deleting and wiping this from our database.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
All of your personal information we process is provided to us directly by you in the registration process when joining the Tano Airlines website. We do not receive any personal information indirectly. We use the information that you have given us in order to maintain your personal pilot profile, and match any flights you complete to you. We also use it to contact you about key news items and send you account notifications.
